Return policy

I/ Exchange Regulations.

Applicable policy: Apply 01 time to change 01 order.

- Original price products can be exchanged for other full-priced products in stock. The customer pays the difference if the value of the exchanged product is greater. No refund of change of any kind.

- Products with discount up to 30% can be changed color/size (if in stock) or according to the regulations of each program (if any) - Does not support changing to another product.

- Products can only be exchanged once.

Product exchange conditions:

- Exchange within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product

- The product is in its original condition upon receipt, with tags and labels intact.

- The product has not been laundered or dirty, damaged.

II/ Return Regulations.

Applicable policy:

- Customers are entitled to return products in case of defects arising from the manufacturer and have no need to change to another product.

- Cases of manufacturer defects include:  fading, material errors, seam errors...

- Refund the defective product via bank account.

- Pantio bears 100% of the return shipping costs.

- Pantio will process within 10 days of receiving the defective product.

Product return conditions

Return the product within 5 days of receiving the product.

Refund policy.

- For the case of prepayment, the customer will be refunded when the goods received are defective due to production and the returned customer has no need to change to another product.

- Refund time: from 07 to 15 days since Pantio receives the returned goods from the customer. The money is refunded to the customer's personal account.
