Warranty Policy

1. Purpose

- Ensure the rights and interests of customers in using the products

- To ensure that the Company's goods are not degraded in value when there is a problem, warranty must be performed.

- Product warranty: Overcoming defects, technical problems occur due to manufacturer's fault.

- Maintenance and servicing: Including cleaning and sanitizing the product, checking the system, repairing minor repairs that can be fixed (excluding equipment replacement). The time and cost (if any) for maintenance and repair depends on the agreement between the company and the customer.


2. Scope of application
All products provided by the company do not violate the terms and warranty policy of the Company/NCC


3. Content

Customers are entitled to free warranty for products, if they fully meet the following warranty conditions:

Time

Less than 6 months

06 months - 01 year

Over 01 year

Warranty content details

You will be immediately exchanged for another new product.

You will be exchanged for another equivalent product or device.

For products and equipment, from the time of purchase to the time of claim for a limited warranty

You will be able to borrow another product or equipment for replacement while waiting for warranty procedures with suppliers.

For products that customers require to extend the warranty period further than the standard warranty period, the Company will collect an agreed fee for each specific product.
